Controls & PLC integration
Ladder and structured-text programming, I/O planning, commissioning and on-site debugging for industrial process equipment.
Bello Integrated Systems designs, builds and commissions control, network and AV systems for industrial and performance environments across southern Ontario — and writes the software that ties them together.
Disciplines
Most integration problems live in the seams — between the PLC and the network, between the show control and the hardware, between the vendor who installed it and the person who has to run it. Working across all of it is the point.
Ladder and structured-text programming, I/O planning, commissioning and on-site debugging for industrial process equipment.
Schematic design, component selection and build coordination for control panels, including drawings that survive an inspection.
Industrial and commercial network design where the plant floor and the office have to share infrastructure without sharing failure modes.
Performance and presentation systems — audio, lighting, show control and the automation that ties cues to hardware.
Purpose-built web applications, device integrations and operational tooling where off-the-shelf software does not fit the workflow.
How we work
No account layer between the person specifying the work and the person doing it. Scope conversations happen with someone who will be on site during commissioning.
Drawings, I/O schedules, network diagrams and commissioning notes are handed over as part of the job — not reconstructed later by whoever inherits the system.
Systems get specified so that a competent technician who has never met us can service them. That constraint shapes component choices and it is deliberate.
Retrofits, new builds, a system that someone else left half-finished — all reasonable places to start a conversation.
